Annie started her dance career at Wynn Twins School of Dance in Raytown, MO where she trained for twelve years in tap, jazz, and ballet. She joined the competitive dance team at age 10 and competed for 7 years, earning many national titles with her team. In 1996, her dance team was selected to perform for the athletes and spectators at Coca-Cola Olympic City at the 1996 Olympics in Atlanta. She continued dancing through high school and college as part of the Raytown South Dance Team and Truman State University’s Swing Dance Club.

After college Annie focused on building her career in the banking industry which is where she met her husband, Scott. She found the Studio after her nephew started taking lessons there which reignited her lifelong passion for dance!  In the Spring of 2014, Annie joined the Studio dance family. She enjoys teaching tap, ballet, and hip-hop and also enjoys coaching the competition team. She thanks her nephew for introducing her to the Studio!

Annie works full time for Bank Midwest as an IT Internal Auditor.

Outside of dance, she enjoys spending time at the pool, hanging out with friends and family, and playing games!
